Product Advantages

No-Touch locking technology allows up to 0.1 in. (2.54 mm) plate separation when locking.
Ready sensors (2) detect when the Tool plate is within 0.06 in. (1.5 mm) of the Master plate, signaling ready-to-lock.
Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on the piston.
Large piston diameter and outward ball travel increase moment capacity.
All locking parts are made of Rc58 stainless steel.
Integrated Lock/Unlock sensing for safety.
Mounts directly to most 500 Kg robots (no SIP required).
