Product Advantages
  • The QC-46 utilizes the same proven locking mechanism as the QC-40Q Series Tool Changer
  • No-Touch locking technology allows up to 0.1 inch (2.54 mm) plate separation when locking.
  • Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on piston.
  • All locking components are made of RC58 stainless steel.
  • Mounts directly to 100 mm ISO mounting pattern. Also supports additional mounting patterns (see drawing).
  • Internal, optional Lock and Unlock sensing.
  • Alignment features in Tool Changer body for greater torsional strength and better serviceability.
  • Four (4) flats available for optional utility modules. Flat C has center/dual module mounting which allows up to two modules without an adapter.
