Product Advantages

  • No-Touch locking technology allows up to 0.1 inch (3.0 mm) plate separation when locking.
  • Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on the piston.
  • (16) M5 pass-through air ports.
  • (4) G 1/8 (BSPP) pass-through air ports.
  • Large piston diameter and outward ball travel increase moment capacity.
  • All locking parts made of Rc58 stainless steel.
  • Internal Lock/Unlock sensing reduces stack height.
  • (4) Flats available on both the Master and Tool for mounting of the optional modules for support of various utility pass-through, such as signal, fluid/air, and electric.
  • Please review utility module placement with an applications specialist. Some configurations may result in interferences.
