Product Advantages
  • High current carrying ability; capable of up to 200 Amps and up to 600 volts for powering customer tooling.
  • ATI's patented cone-mating technology provides large contact area for high current applications, while also allowing customers to transfer current from the Master to the Tool with excellent misalignment capabilities and reduced wear characteristics compared to pin and socket.
  • Backward-compatible design to mate with the PA20-style High Current module.
  • Contact tips are easily replaced and serviced.
  • Recessed Master-side contacts to prevent unintentional human contact.
  • Incorporates crimp ring terminal connections for quick and easy wire prep and installation.
  • Single piece body and ring terminals design allows for faster wiring of customer cabling with less disassembly.
  • Optional cord grip plates available for the basic Master and Tool for cable support [supports (3) 9-16mm diameter cables].
  • Modular design allows for cable connections to exit on the left or right for improved robot dress and versatility (refer to the Part Numbering Guide).
  • Optional RobiFix connections to allow for direct connection of robotic dress and tool.
