Product Advantages

  • Design utilizes QC-76 locking mechanism.
  • Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on the piston.
  • Payload-only application due to specific customer requirements, no utilities actually pass through the Master to the Tool-side. Only supports a payload on the end-effector.
  • No-Touch Locking technology allows up to 0.08 inch (2.0 mm) plate separation when locking.
  • Master and Tool-sides direct-mount to 100mm BC.
  • Stainless Steel fasteners used.
  • Internal proximity sensors are designed into the body of the Master plate to verify the lock/unlock position of the piston and cam. Sensors provide the lock and unlock (L/U) signals through the sensor cables provided.
  • 440C Stainless Steel locking mechanism for increased corrosion resistance.
