Product Advantages
  • The DJ8 DeviceNet Module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer with Master- and Tool-side DeviceNet nodes and incorporates advanced diagnostic and fault monitoring capability.
  • Critical component redundancy in TSI circuit (i.e., 2 each of RTL sensor, RTL relay, TSI limit switch, and TSI relay) ensures safest tool release possible.
  • ATI's Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) protects all electrical power contacts against reduced life that can be caused by loads with high inrush current during coupling/uncoupling.
  • Standard Mini connectors for DeviceNet and Auxiliary Power Interface.
  • ODVA compliance certified. Quick Connect compatible.
  • An integrated single- or double-solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
  • Five (5) Tool-ID (0-9) switches provided reporting Line, Robot, and Tool number.
  • A flexible boot surrounds the pin block and seals the connection from moisture while coupled.
