Product Description
  • The Discrete Signal Module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer.
  • Amphenol, MS-style connectors provided for customer interface.
  • An integrated single- or double-solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter with pass-through module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
  • Up to 19 signal pass-throughs available for customer use.
  • A flexible boot surrounds the pin block and seals the connection from moisture while coupled.
  • The TSI connector on the Master provides a break in the valve unlatch circuit. In concert with a limit switch, this connector can be used by the customer to ensure Tool Changer uncoupling only when the Tool is in the tool stand. Factory-supplied with teach (jumper) plug.
  • Tool-ID (0-999) capacity.
  • Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Lock, and Unlock sensor inputs provided.
  • Compact design package.
