Product Advantages
  • The DeviceNet Module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer with Master- and Tool-side DeviceNet nodes.
  • NPN Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Lock, and Unlock sensor inputs provided.
  • An integrated single-solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
  • One (1) independent Tool-ID (0-F) switch provided.
  • Supports two (2) NPN sensor inputs from the Tool-side module.
  • ATI's Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) with soft start feature protects all electrical power contacts against reduced life that can be caused by loads with high inrush current during coupling/uncoupling.
  • A flexible boot surrounds the pin block and seals the connection from moisture while coupled.
