Significantly reduces the time required to teach the robot to pick-up and drop-off the tool.
Use of the Teaching Aids may help extend the life of your Tool Changer's Alignment Pins and Bushings by reducing unnecessary wear resulting from improper Tool and Master alignment.
High-contrast alignment marks provide for an easy-to-use alignment method.
A single set of teaching aids can be used to teach multiple QCs (of the same size).
Does not require tools or fasteners to set-up or use.
