Product Description
  • The DeviceNet Module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer with Master- and Tool-side DeviceNet nodes. (ODVA compliance certified. Quick Connect compatible.)
  • An integrated double-solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism (single-solenoid not supported).
  • A flexible boot surrounds the pin block and seals the connection from moisture while coupled.
  • The TSI connector on the Master provides a break in the valve unlatch circuit. In concert with a limit switch, this connector can be used by the customer to ensure Tool Changer uncoupling only when the Tool is in the tool stand. Factory-supplied with teach (jumper) plug.
  • Five (5) Tool-ID (0-9) switches provided reporting Line, Robot, and Tool number.
  • Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Lock, and Unlock sensor inputs provided.
  • Arc Prevention applied to Aux1, Aux2, and CAN V+ power.
  • Lock, Unlock, and RTL sensing with LED cables on the Master
  • Compact design package.
