ATI Announces Date for Its 4th Annual Open House and Technology Training Fair

Learn more about ATI's Robotic End Effectors on August 19th, 2010

ATI Open House 2010.jpgATI Industrial Automation's 4th Annual Open House and Technology Training Fair will take place at its Michigan office on Thursday, August 19th. Learn about all of the latest robotic end-effector products that have been developed by ATI over the last year. Other topics will include existing, cost-effective, state-of-the-art ATI products and solutions that can increase the productivity of your robots and exceed your automation needs. ATI's Account Managers and Engineers will be on-hand to discuss your application and end-effector requirementsA live robotic demonstration of ATI's Robotic Tool Changers, Robotic Collision Sensors, Robotic Deburring Tools, and Compliance Devices will run all day. Food and refreshments will be available all day with lunch being served from 11:30 - 1:30 pm. The schedule for the training sessions will be as follows:

9:00am - 10:00am - New Products and Applications, Part 1
A detailed look at the latest advances in robotic end-effectors and their applications that ATI has developed over the last year, including a brief look at products currently under development.

10:30am - 11:30am - Force/Torque Sensor Applications
Presentations by ABB, KUKA and SCHUNK on successful robotic force sensing applications.

12:45pm - 1:45pm - New Products and Applications, Part 2
A continued look at the latest advances in robotic end-effectors and their applications that ATI has developed over the last year, including a brief look at products currently under development.

2:00pm - 2:45pm - Bus Networks for Tool Changers
An overview of current bus network types, their advantages and disadvantages and ATI Tool Changer products that support these network topology standards.
