Product Description
  • The CYE1 modules allow for communication and control of the Tool Changer using EtherNet/IP™.
  • Integrated web server for Tool Changer communication configuration and Ethernet switch management.
  • M12 D-Coded connectors for Ethernet communication on Master and Tool.
  • 4-Pin Minifast (7/8") connector for Input/Logic and Output/valve power pass-through.
  • An integrated double solenoid valve controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
  • Patented Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a safety switch allows the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer ONLY when the Tool is in the stand.
  • ATI's Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) protects the electrical power contacts from damage during coupling/uncoupling.
  • Option to change the IP address settings on both webpage and module.
  • One independent Tool-ID (0-F) switch.
  • Ready-to-Lock (R1, R2), Locked, and Unlocked sensor inputs provided.
