Signal Modules for Vision Applications: SB3

Product Advantages

The SB3 module was designed to pass video signals and LED lamp power for up to three (3) XC-HR70 cameras and three (3) lamps.
The modules use three (3) 12-pin Hirose camera connectors and three (3) 4-pin industry-standard M12 connectors for lamp power to allow simple inline installation using existing cables.
When the Tool Changer is coupled, the Master and Tool modules communicate across their interface using contact blocks with spring-loaded pins.
Flexible rubber seals surround the pin blocks to protect the connections from moisture and liquid while coupled.
The center pin of each tool side pin block is extended to provide first-mate/last-break protection.
The modules provide simple pass-through capability for signals and power.
