Product Advantages
  • Designed to carry Primary Current from the robot to a welding Transgun attached to the Tool.
  • Has three Rhodium-plated copper contacts, each capable of carrying 200 Amps when coupled. Voltage should not exceed 600 Volts.
  • Optional routing allows the cable to be fed to the module housing from either left or right side.
  • Uses advanced, patented, cone-mating technology to transfer current from the Master to the Tool. The mating conical surfaces provide a large contact area, excellent misalignment capability, and allow efficient coupling/uncoupling without high-spring forces or excessive wear.
  • Contact tips on either the Master or Tool can be easily replaced without removing the wiring.
  • Center contact is extended to provide "first-to-mate/last-to-break" protection.
  • No-Touch contact on Master side.
