Product Advantages
  • Non-Contact Inductive Coupler pass-through module.
  • Capable of transmitting 12VDC power for to 12 discrete PNP DC 3-wire sensors via custom-designed, inductive couplers. NPN version also available.
  • IP67 (1M) rated for submersion in fresh water to a depth of 1 meter.
  • Environmental and wear resistant due to lack of physical contact during coupling.
  • The power and signal transmission is passed through an air gap between the Master and Tool modules.
  • Does not require physical contact via spring probes and solid contacts for power and signal transmission, making this module ideal for sensor monitoring in harsh or wet environments.
  • Mounts onto standard ATI Robotic Tool Changers. For parallel installation of two (2) or more inductive coupler modules on the same flat, a minimum centerline distance of 200mm (~8in”) is required between the centerlines of each module.
  • CAUTION: Customer must wire the modules with great care to avoid accidental or unintentional shorts which will lead to permanent module damage. See Manual for more information.

Description: Non-Contact Inductive Coupler Module, NF12 Master will inductively provide power through an air gap to the NF12 Tool to power up to (12) twelve sensors. NF12 Tool will transmit signals from the sensors inductively to the Master through the air gap. NF12 Master is powered on the robot-side with 24VDC power.
