Product Advantages
  • 7-pins (5 Utilized)
  • 30 Amp, 500VAC/700VDC.
  • Designed for 3-phase power with neutral (can be used for 4 pass-through lines).
  • Harting connectors with metal locking levers.
  • Harting connectors do not use keying pins and bushings.
  • Cable shield on Harting connector passed through the module and connected to the Master and Tool housings.
  • Fluid-resistant seal on contacts and Harting connectors.
  • Module should be mounted to a Tool Changer, QC-100 or larger, to handle maximum rated current and 100% duty cycle without overheating.
  • Allowable maximum ambient temperature under conditions of maximum current is 100 degrees F.
  • Master module may extend high above Master plate. Adjust robot interface plate as needed to compensate.
  • Tool module may extend below Tool plate.
