ATI Industrial Automation's QC-7 Robotic Tool Changer is available as a UR+ Certified Kit. The QC-7 UR Kit includes everything – including software, mounting hardware, and cables needed for connection to any UR model cobot. This lightweight yet durable tool changer is well suited for cobot applications up to 35 lbs (16 kg) and is compatible with ATI’s Pass-through Utility Modules and Tool Stand systems.

Like all ATI Tool Changers, the pneumatically-actuated QC-7 features No-Touch locking technology and a patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism for a secure connection between the master and tool. The QC-7 has integrated features that enable seamless connection of utilities and streamlined sensing. Five pass-through air ports as well as lock/unlock air fittings are included in the Tool Changer body. An optional ML8 Electrical module is available for discrete signal pass through and the tool storage hook can be added for convenient tool storage and easy robot programming.

The UR+ Certified QC-7 Kit includes QC-7 Tool Changer (Master and Tool sides), electrical modules with 8-pin M8 connectors, flying leads for connection to the lock/unlock sensors, integrated tool hook and tool stand hanger and adapter kit, cables to robot and to EOAT, interface plate, mounting hardware, assembly tools, and URCap software. Tool-side only Kits with M8 Module and cable to EOAT are also available.
