Join ATI for our 8th Annual Technology Fair to learn more about the many new robotic end-effector products that we have developed over the last year. For 25 years, ATI has been engineering cost-effective solutions that increase robot productivity and enable you to fulfill your automation needs. A large variety of product offerings will be featured at this year’s Technology Fair along with live demonstrations of ATI's Robotic Tool Changers, Multi-Axis Force Torque Sensors, Utility Couplers, Robotic Collision Sensors, and Robotic Deburring Tools which, will run throughout the day. ATI’s Account Managers and Engineers will be on-hand to discuss your application and end-effector requirements. Food and refreshments will be available and lunch will be provided.

The hours for the event are 8:00am until 3:00pm, topics include:
- The Impact of Robots in Manufacturing 8:30am – 9:00am – Current market overview and future trends including a brief history of robotics. Presentation by Bob Doyle, Director of Communications for A3 the Association for Advancing Automation.
- New ATI Tool Changer Products 9:00am - 9:55am - A look at the latest products from ATI with a focus on material joining methods including: self-piercing rivets, drawn arc welding, nutrunners, and more. Presentations by Stanley Engineered Fastening and Apex Tool Group.
- ATI Products in New and Challenging Environments 10:00am - 10:55am – Unique application examples for challenging environments and new methods to use ATI products. An overview of specialized ATI products that were engineered to excel in these applications. Presentation by Valiant International and KUKA Systems.
- Force Control Applications 11:00am - 11:55am – Force Control applications focusing on force control machining and assembly, lights-out testing, and part validation. How customers have benefited from the use of Multi-Axis Force/Torque Sensors. The session will include a brief review of new Force/Torque Sensor products. Presentations by Battenberg and KUKA Robotics.
- Bus Networks for Tool Changers 1:00pm - 1:55pm – Trends in Automotive Tool Changer applications with an overview of current bus network types, and ATI Tool Changer products that support these network standards. Emphasis on "Quick Connect" for Ethernet/IP, PROFINET and PLd Safety, including interfacing with FANUC Dual Safety (DCS), ABB SafeMove, KUKA Safe Operation, and Motoman Functional Safety Unit (FSU).
We will also have short 15-minute breakout sessions during lunch and in the afternoon on:
- Robotic Deburring and Finishing Methods
- Configuring Tool Changer Tool Stands
- Tool Changer Preventative Maintenance
- Cycle Time Optimization with Bus Networks
- RoHS Compliance - Are You Ready?
