Product Advantages

The DeviceNet Module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer with Master- and Tool-side DeviceNet nodes. (ODVA compliance certified. Quick-Connect compatible.)
An integrated double-solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
A flexible boot surrounds the pin block and seals the connection from moisture while coupled.
Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a mechanical limit switch will allow the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer ONLY when the Tool is in the Stand.
Five (5) independent Tool-ID (0-9) switches provided.
Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Lock, and Unlock sensor inputs provided.
Compact design package.
ATI's Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) protects all electrical power contacts against reduced life that can be caused by loads with high inrush current during coupling/uncoupling.

Quick Connect Capable DeviceNet Module with (2) Mini Conn for DeviceNet and Aux. Power Interface, TSI on Tool, Arc Prevention applied to Aux1, Aux2, and CAN V+ power. Lock/Unlock/RTL Sensing, LED Cables on Master. Tool-ID from Tool module also supported.
