Product Advantages

The Discrete Signal Integrated Valve module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer as well as a separate Remote I/O pass-through connection.
Amphenol, MS-style connectors are provided for discrete signal customer interface. Up to 16 signal pass-throughs are available for customer use.
Industry-standard 12mm connectors are provided for Remote I/O customer interface.
An integrated single or double solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
Flexible boots surround the pin blocks and seal the connections from moisture while coupled.
Patented Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a mechanical limit switch will allow the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer ONLY when the Tool is in the Stand.
Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Lock, and Unlock sensor inputs provided.
Compact design package.
